Sacramento, CALIF. - For more than 15 years, Phantom^® Fireworks has made possible some of the biggest fundraising events for charitable organizations across California.

Every summer, Phantom^® Fireworks supplies sales stands and an arsenal of fireworks to these non-profit groups, which vary from church groups and little league teams to civic and fraternal organizations. Many of these organizations look forward to summer, because fireworks sales are their biggest fundraising event of the year.

Phantom arranges for the locations, sets up the stands from which the fireworks are sold and delivers the stock of fireworks to the operating groups. The groups then merchandise the stands, provide the sales force of members and supporters, re-order fireworks when necessary and do all of the other things incidental to the stand operations.

Many of the groups have operated Phantom^® Fireworks stands for years and have become knowledgeable fireworks entrepreneurs in their own right. The partnership between Phantom^® Fireworks and the charitable groups has paid off in big dollar dividends for these great and worthy endeavors.

During its peak season, Phantom^® Fireworks operates more than 2,500 temporary fireworks sales locations throughout the country. Its award-winning, bilingual Web site, www.fireworks.com, received over 650 million hits last year and could receive as many one billion hits in 2007.

Headquartered in Youngstown, Ohio, Phantom also owns and operates the Diamond Sparkler Manufacturing Company, the lone remaining manufacturer of sparklers in the United States, and the Mahoning Valley Phantoms Junior "A" Hockey Club of the North American Hockey League. Diamond produces up to 800,000 sparklers per day during its peak season.
